about:config 엔터
app.update.channel 을 release 에서 default 로 바꿈
app.update.auto 나 app.update.auto.migrated 를 false 로 <<< 없으면 우클릭으로 만듬
app.update.enabled 를 false로 <<< 없으면 우클릭으로 만듬
app.update.silent 를 false로
다른 방법
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref 의 channel-prefs.js 를 관리자권한 편집
