아주 옛날(10년도 더 된)에 나온 플러그인입니다.
무료판이고, 그 후에 adobe gallery effects로 정리되어 유료화 되기 전의 플러그인인데,
지금의 포토샵 필터 상당수를 사용할 수 있습니다.
효과의 특성에 따라, 카테고리 분류 형식으로 되어있습니다.
효과이미지를 클릭하면, 하나의 그 필터만 다운됩니다. 필요한 것만 골라쓸 수 있습니다.
불편한 점으로는,
문자영역에 필터효과를 줄 경우에, 알파영역처리가 검정색으로 나옵니다.
그래서, 배경색을 채워준 후에 필터효과를 주고, 다시 배경을 삭제하면 됩니다.

설치법
내문서 > 내 PSP 파일(My PSP Files) > 플러그인 안에 넣습니다.
Msvcrt10.dll 과 plugin.dll 화일을 , windows \ system32 \ 에 넣어줍니다.
* 두 파일 모두 microsoft 와 adobe의 저작권이 있는 파일이므로 삭제합니다.
